Shipping policy

Shipping Information

Please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to be processed. Shipping may vary during the Holiday season. Please note, shipping may also vary depending on your order size & location. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. At the moment, we only ship in the U.S. Hopefully, this will change in the future. 

Order cancellations & Order changes 

Orders that have been placed can not be changed. If you want to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at Lupita@sleepyschnoopie.store. Please provide your name & order number. Cancellation can not be made after your order has been “shipped” or “delivered”. 

Lost & Delays

Once your order reaches the mail carriers, it is out of our hands. If your package is delayed, please contact your mail carrier. You can also contact us at Lupita@sleepyschnoopie.store with any questions. Unfortunately, if your package is lost during shipping, it's also out of our hands. We are not responsible for any lost packages.

Please ensure you have the correct address in your order to avoid it being returned to us.

Returns

We do not accept returns due to the nature of our items. We apologize for any inconvenience.
